◊ Shipping and Delivery  
> IVY & LIV charges the following shipping costs:
- Netherlands                   free shipping on orders above €100,-
                                          €7 on orders till €100,-
- Europe 1                        free shipping on orders above €250,-
                                          €13,00 on orders till €250,-
- Europe 2                        free shipping on orders above €300,
                                          €20,- on orders till €300,-
- World                              free shipping on orders above €300,-        
                                          €25,00 on orders till €300,-
> IVY & LIV sends packages through a reputable parcel.
> IVY & LIV will send the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Not later than seven days after payment, the order will be delivered (within the Netherlands). If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock for example) you will receive a message about this immediately.
> Up to and including the delivery IVY & LIV bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
> If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.
◊ Exchange and Return

> If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within seven days after receiving your package. 
Please always contact IVY & LIV at info@ivyandliv.com where you notify that you wish to return or exchange an article. 
* The costs and responsibility are for your account.
* The refund (minus any shipping costs) will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days.

> The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.
* IVY & LIV reserves the right to refuse returned items.

It is possible at IVY & LIV to pay with iDeal, Credit Cards and PayPal.
Both iDeal and Credit Cards are processed by Mollie.
